Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a purchase made through kannadamaadi.com. KannadaMaadi is a digital product, all content is delivered online immediately upon payment. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no returns.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@kannadamaadi.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method via Cashfree.

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be entertained, except for duplicate or erroneous charges (see below).

Cancellations

Because access to course content is granted immediately upon payment, a cancellation is treated as a refund request under the 7-day policy above.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, even if you have already used the course.

No Returns / No Shipping

KannadaMaadi does not sell or ship physical goods. There is nothing to return or exchange. All content is delivered digitally through the Platform.
